Equipments Details

The main equipments includes 8000 tons, 2500 tons, 1600 tons, 630 tons friction presses machine, 2000 tons electric spiral presses machine, 800 tons four-column hydraulic presses machine, 315 tons and 200 tons punching presses machine. More than 30 sets of forging equipments, including 12-ton free forging electro-hydraulic hammers, 8-ton and 5-ton free forging electro-hydraulic hammers, 5-ton die forging hammers, 1-ton and 2-ton electro-hydraulic hammers. The heating process adopts two methods: medium frequency heat dissipation and natural gas temperature control furnaces, which guaranteed the accuracy of temperature control. 

At the same time, Tenghu has complete machining equipments which including more than 50 machining centers, more than 40 CNC lathes, and CNC heat treatment furnace production line can provide a one-stop solution from raw material to finished product.

Q: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
A: We are an industrial entity forging factory.

Q: What is your lead time?
A: Approximately 15-35 days from the date of order.

Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?
A: We can provide samples. If it's not too much, it's free. However, if we need to make the mold first, we need to charge 50% of the mold cost.

Q: What are your payment terms?
A: 1) Mold fee: 50% in advance, 50% after sample approval
    2) Goods: 30% down payment, 70% should be received before delivery.
