4. Subsequent processing: For some forgings that require surface treatment, subsequent processing steps such as grinding, welding, and plating are also required.

3. Can you make forging parts according to our drawing?
Yes, we can develop for you with your drawing, customized design is welcome. 
4. Can you make mold based on our samples?
Yes, we can make measurement based on your samples to make drawings for tooling making and produce samples.
5. How many days will samples be finished?
A:Generally, the mould and sample will be finished within 10-30Days.
6. What's your quality control device in house?
We can do many tests to control the quality in all directions. Such as dimension inspection,chemical composition analysis (spectrum analysis),mechanical property testing,X-Ray inspection,dye penetrant inspection,magnetic powder inspection,metallographic inspections and so on.
